Katie Spaulding, MBA

Katie Spaulding is the Operations & Budget Manager at the School of Nursing, where she leads a broad range of administrative functions, including staffing, reporting, project management, procurement, and compliance. In this role, she collaborates closely with faculty, staff, and university leadership to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency to support the school’s mission.

With over a decade of experience in higher education administration, Katie brings strong proficiency in program management, process improvement, and event planning. Prior to joining Mason, she spent the past 5 years supporting the success of the PA Program at GWU as the Program Manager. Driven by a passion for continuous improvement, she is dedicated to creating a collaborative environment for academic excellence.
